Payment, Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
At The Mindful Garden Club™, I strive to provide a professional, flexible, and supportive experience for every family.
Service fees and payment options are available upon request. Please contact me directly to discuss current rates, scheduling availability, and accepted payment methods, including Step Up for Students scholarship funding.
To ensure consistent scheduling and availability for all students, session times are reserved exclusively for your child.
Scheduling & Attendance
Payment is required prior to the start of services unless otherwise arranged.
Families are encouraged to schedule recurring sessions to maintain consistency and support student progress.
Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for each session.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions canceled by the parent or guardian with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) are considered completed sessions and will be charged at the full session rate.
Cancellations made by The Mindful Garden Club™ due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
